My Flex Disability is a registered NDIS provider, offering tailored in-home support services to NDIS participants across Perth and WA’s South West region.

Specialising in home care, we provide disability support to a range of clients. Our clients include children, the elderly and consumers requiring private services in the Perth, Peel and South West regions.
We help people understand their NDIS plan and funding to ensure they get the appropriate disability care in WA. Our team make sure they know your personal support requirements, all while being guided by you, your circumstances and your goals. You remain at the centre of all decisions, retaining choice and control with your disability services throughout your plan.

Our Disability Support Services

Our disability support services are provided at your preferred day and time wherever care is needed. That could be in your home or workplace in Perth, Peel or the South West of WA.

Staff can be trained in your home if required to meet your individual needs.

Your preferences are the most important thing to us when setting up your NDIS Care Plan.

Your Care Plan will be tailored to your specific needs and goals. We regularly review this to make sure we are meeting your needs.

Our nurses and support workers are all qualified to provide disability support services. They have a wealth of experience delivering care throughout the WA community.

All staff have completed up-to-date flu and COVID-19 vaccinations, a current NDIS Workers Screening, the NDIS Orientation Module, their Working with Children Check, First Aid and Manual Handling certificates, and further company compliance requirements.

It is our priority for you to have the same nurses and support workers deliver your services. We know that developing a compatible relationship and continuity of your care leads to the most positive outcome.

We randomly undertake spot checks of our workers in the community to ensure full compliance with our company standards and practices.

We are a registered NDIS provider and comply with all government requirements.

Our Disability Support Services team are only ever a phone call away, 7 days a week. We also have a nurse on shift in the community every day of the year.

Our dedicated Community Case Disability Coordinators are mature, experienced and very understanding. This means you can discuss any concerns or issues you may have, as well as any aspect of your disability support services.

We are here with you every step of the way! We liaise closely with your Support Coordinator or the person who acts on your behalf. We make sure that you are feeling empowered and reaching your short and long terms goals.

What is the NDIS?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme, or NDIS, is an Australian Government scheme that provides funding to individuals with a significant and permanent disability who are aged under 65. The NDIS is designed to help people with a disability get the care and support they need to improve their skills and independence for a better life. You can apply for funding under the NDIS if you:

  • Are under the age of 65
  • Live in Perth or wider WA
  • Have either a permanent or significant disability that is likely to be lifelong or have a substantial impact on your ability to complete everyday activities
