Our Services

From tailored services to dedicated support workers and a compassionate care team — we provide everything you need in one place.

We can attend your services at your preferred time and day; you may need your services at a different location to where you live; we can arrange that for you.

We aim to commence services within 24 hours of request

We provide in-home training if required to meet particular and individual needs.

We work closely with you and/or your support person to outline your options and set up your services the way you want within your funding arrangements

We work within your NDIS Support Plan or create a Care Plan that is tailored to your specific needs and we regularly review how well things are going for you

Our Home Care Staff – working in the community

Support Workers attending your needs are all qualified in their role and have experience in the community

All our community care staff have current Police Clearance, Criminal Record Screening, Working with Children check, First Aid and Mandatory Company Compliance’s.

One of our priorities is for you to have the same Support Workers attend your services knowing that developing a compatible relationship and continuity of your care is a positive outcome.

We randomly undertake Spot Checks of our Support Workers in the community to ensure compliance with our company standards and practices.

Our Home Care Team – the holistic approach

Our Home Care Team takes a holistic approach, providing compassionate, personalized support that addresses physical, emotional, and social well-being. By working together, we ensure every individual receives dignified, comprehensive care designed to enhance comfort, independence, and overall quality of life.
We are a registered NDIS Provider and comply with Government requirements
Our Home Care team are only ever a phone call away, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we have a nurse on shift in the community every day of the year.
Our dedicated Community Case Coordinators are mature, experienced and very understanding to discuss any concerns or issues you may have, or any aspect of your services to ensure you are getting the most out of your program.
