Our dedicated team identify the specific characteristics and routines of our clients with dementia while taking a personalised approach to their care. Each dementia carer and support worker undergoes specialised training through our Living at Home with Dementia workshop. This allows us to provide comprehensive training for our support workers, who are passionate about working with cognition impaired clients at home. We build their knowledge in providing dementia home care, teaching them to work creatively with our clients rather than relying solely on their own experience and initial training.
